Oh shit.
So here we go. Same diet rules (which I've been steadfastly ignoring for the last three/four months) as other stuff has taken priority over weight management (relationship break-up, Mum dying, house move - I've been busy).
So here we go in a New Year, new me kinda way. I'll try to document just what it is I'm stuffing into my face, partly to put myself off the bad/tasty stuff, partly cos it mught be interesting. I might even take pictures and upload them. We'll see.
Anyway. On with the motley. I suppose i'd better weigh myself in the morning. Bugger.
