Chili chicken on sauerkraut

16 stones 7.2 pounds. Mmm chicken oven baked with a chili sauce drizzled over it, served on a bed of sauerkraut. Easy peasy, tasty, and good for you.

Top tip: don't do too much chicken. Especially if you occasionally suffer from what my brother eloquently terms "the protein shits": at any point up to 24 hours after scoffing a mammoth amount of meat or fish, said meaty deliciousness makes a beeline for your anus from the inside...
