16 stones 10.6 pounds. Ooo I love sauerkraut. It's glorious stuff. Not to mention practically calorie-free. And easy to prepare (if you can get away with forking a few mouthfuls onto a plate from the jar, and calling that preparation). So, bed of sauerkraut, with a couple of chicken breasts on top (smeared with a spicy chili sauce, and given 25-30 mins in the oven).
Result!
