Hmm. I'm still not back in any kind of a routine with this dieting/blogging thing at all. And I've noticed the last couple of weeks that my chocolate consumption has gone through the roof. What was something like one bar a month, is up to something mre like one bar a day.
My resolve has crumbled somewhat, and I'm slipping into bad habits (bacon buns mid-morning, either not eating in the evening or having a large meal fairly late in the day).
BAd me.
Tho at least I've recognised this, which is something.
Next step: do something constructive. Oh, and I haven't weighted myself lately either. Fear of big numbers, I reckon...
