Oh, I like haslet. I'm not entirely sure what it is (I'm not entirely sure I want to know what it is), but it makes for good sandwich material. Now, it may not be the most diet-conscious foodstuff in the world, but by crikey it's superb in a buttie with a smidge of English mustard.
In other words, I'm still coming out of the three week relapse that I've had, weight-loss wise. Friday was a particularly poor dieting day, as I succumbed in the dark watches of the evening to a mixed kebab. A ridiculous amount of meat of dubious provenance, slammed into an industrial-size pitta bread.

Sunday? We'll see how it goes...
